Shipping policy

How long will it take for me to get my order? 

Please allow for at least one week of processing times for most products. If you need your products by a certain time, please reach out BEFORE placing your order.

 

Do you ship Internationally?

We recently added Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Canada! We hope to add more countries in the near future!

 

My package has not been delivered, I think it is lost!

If you suspect that your package was lost by the USPS, you can file a claim HERE.

Please know that we do not have control over packages once they leave our hands. We are provided with the same tracking information that is provided to you upon shipping. Please contact the USPS with concerns regarding the shipping of your order.

 

My package is showing as "delivered" but I do not see it

Most packages that show as "delivered" and are not there show up in the next day or so. Contact your local post office and they should be able to help you track down your package! More than likely they have it at their facility or their system logged it as delivered by accident. If they don't have it, check with your neighbors or in hidden spots around your house/complex.

Johanna Lesley Creations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you suspect that your package has been stolen or lost in transport, you can file a claim through the shipping company.
